Continuing the celebration of the 40th Years Of Endeavor, the company officially established the date of February 15 as Dima Day, coinciding with the first day Mr. Irman started his business in Jakarta. Furthermore, February 26 was designated as Founder’s Day, a manifestation of respect for Mr. Irman’s parents who initiated the business in 1953, laying the foundation for the current Dima business.

Marking the 40th year since Mr. Irman, the founder of Dima Group, started his independent business in Jakarta, a Corporate Gathering was held. The event invited colleagues, suppliers, distributors, traders, as well as regular outlets.

After going through the Covid-19 pandemic, Dima started the year 2023 by organizing the National Company Convention (NCC) to ignite new motivation among all division and area leaders. This event also aims to socialize the Company’s ambitions for the year 2025, including the work themes for each year, Rise (2023) – Shine (2024) – Win (2025).
